Here’s a picture of some bento my wife made for me. I love the variety of food and the presentation! I feel bad because her food is delicious, and that causes me to eat every meal pretty quickly instead of taking my time to enjoy every bite.

What has been done to the rice? I am always looking at new ways to make rice. Can you explain the process.

David, I could replace the engine on my ’69 Mustang, but I’m afraid you’ve asked me something beyond my expertise. I have no idea. I rarely even ate rice before coming to Japan. I will find out though!

David – I found out about the rice yesterday. It’s fried rice, and the things used in it was sweetened ground beef and eggs and some spices. Give it a shot!
