Mike, if you don’t drink much or at all the Yahoo Dome can still be fun. They have events every now and then and there’s a cool place called Hawks Town right next to it with restaurants and stuff. Also the Fukuoka Tower is close by and gives you a really good view of the city.

never been down your way….but we do have customers down there…about 2 - 3 hours from Fukuoka Station, I think…. Yeah that gov guy was just in shizuoka promoting goods from Miyazaki-ken just this past weekend… and in the Tokyo marathon as well!
