Now it does seem to be everywhere. It's too bad. And it is true crappy 1960's era graffiti. $@#$&%! juvenile delinquents! But, as soon as a graffiti-sprayer is hit by a train and is killed, there'll be a big discussion, and "Here Graffiti Do Not" warning signs will go up.
